No way would I even consider this for a second. But I suggest something to those who are. Try to assure yourself that the people teaching the course have any experience or qualification in the area they are teaching.

And my students are really the best part of the job, Mellisa. For the most part they are pretty good, but the bosses I could do without, and unfortunately I am the foreigners' boss so I act as more of a shit-shield than anything else.

- You sounds as though working for the government is bad. I would rather have a government job than work for a capitalist like I do now. I like my students but hate by bosses because all they see is money. There is no heart here...just like back in the States
But that said I do like it here. I still find the culture odd after 2 1/2 years but I get health care for free and live quite cheaply despite my very nice salary.
